BrainBadge Programme

A comprehensive three-year progamme based on agile and lean principles, BrainBadge reframes cognitive “disorders” and “disabilities” into valuable mindsets that can be leveraged to unlock business success.

The BrainBadge programme combines:

✔ Interactive workshops

✔ Online facilitated and self-directed learning

✔ Team-based activities

We focus on fostering shared understanding of organisational values and mission before tackling specific challenges. We work with our clients to gather and analyse insights from within their own organisation, develop and implement strategies and action plans, and monitor progress to inform continuous improvement. 

BrainBadge Certification

Once your organisation completes foundational BrainBadge activity by the end of year one, you are eligible to apply for BrainBadge certification.

Certification is maintained over the subsequent two years by participating in the ongoing programme of workshops.

This certification marks your organisation out as one that is committed to fostering environments where diverse perspectives thrive.

In addition, it enables your organisation to magnify it’s leadership in embracing neurodiversity by supporting the BrainBadge Education Programme for Schools, with the charitable foundation established for this purpose receiving the proceeds of the additional fee for certification.

  • Confidence using the BrainBadge methodology.
