Hi there, we’re Neurofusion.

Times are changing, and our workplaces are increasingly diverse.

Progressive businesses are focusing on the future, looking to meet the needs of all team members.

The challenge is how to create truly inclusive workplaces, that go beyond the surface to genuinely meet the needs of individuals, to unleash their potential.

We offer partnership to enable you to meaningfully embrace belonging, through our unique, proprietary, proven BrainBadge programme.

We’re hyperfocused on helping our clients establish and achieve their DEI goals.

A creative problem-solver and collaborator, he thrives on building partnerships and aligning diverse stakeholders to create environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

  • Engagement Lead

Bex has diverse experience working in everything from charities to cosmetics to advertising agencies to podcasts. After a late diagnosis rocked her world, she is a proudly neurospicy adult, with two daughters who are also neurodivergent.

As a result, she is on a mission to share what she has learned about making the most of brains that are wired differently and creating a sense of belonging and inclusivity for everyone no matter what their differences are.

  • Founder

BrainBadge was founded by Rich Rowley, an expert in systems and design thinking, agile methodologies, and helping teams build real innovation. He’s passionate about challenging the status quo and making workplaces work for everyone.

School wasn’t an easy ride for Rich.  He struggled, took some detours along the way, and faced challenges that could have defined his future. But he turned things around, earning degrees in Law and Computer Science and going on to study Education too.

At 42, an AuDHD diagnosis was a turning point—the start of understanding himself in a new way. Rich had spent years trying to make sense of his brain in a world that often saw neurodiversity as a deficit. Instead, he found its value.

That realization led to BrainBadge. Now, Rich helps businesses and organisations create environments where all kinds of minds can  break barriers, think differently, and make an impact. He facilitates  engaging, interactive workshops and the BrainBadge certification  programme  - supported by a team with lived experience of neurodiversity, to drive real change.
